Seeking a motivated Expert Client Advisor focused on Lifestyle to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive category sales, and act as an in-store subject matter expert. The role emphasizes storytelling, client development, product expertise, and coaching peers to uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store expert for the lifestyle category and mentor team members.
- Drive sales and maintain top seller performance within the category.
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients using clienteling techniques.
- Deliver product training and support new product launches.
- Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team.
- Conduct morning briefings, trainings, and one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Observe and support the selling ceremony and sales floor activities.
- Provide feedback to management to help drive business improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated luxury retail sales experience with strong product knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical and commercial aptitude to drive category performance.
- Experience in training or coaching retail teams preferred.
- Ability to lead by example and act as a go to resource in-store.
- Available to work retail hours at the Southdale location in Edina.
