Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable client experiences and represent the brand in all interactions
• Drive women's ready to wear sales and category performance in-store
• Maintain and develop a portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling
• Provide product training and support for new launches
• Lead by example during the selling ceremony and daily selling activity
• Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team
• Conduct morning briefings, trainings, and one to one coaching

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail with strong product knowledge in women's ready to wear
• Demonstrated client development and clienteling skills
• Excellent interpersonal and storytelling abilities
• Analytical and commercial acumen to drive sales results
• Experience as a sales leader or top seller in a category
