Eyecare Sales Associate

As an Eyecare Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient experiences and supporting the practice as the premier destination for vision needs in the community. You will assist patients in selecting eyewear and other products, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

• Greet patients warmly and provide prompt service to meet their needs.
• Explore patient needs and link them to practice offerings, including eye exams.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and accurately describe features and benefits.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions accurately in lenses.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and manage sales transactions.
• Maintain the appearance of the practice and organize displays and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills and familiarity with technology.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Preferred: Eyecare and sales experience.
