Sales Associate - LA Rodeo

As a Sales Associate at Versace LA Rodeo, you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will report directly to the General Manager and work to exceed sales targets while fostering genuine client relationships.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the Retail Excellence Program to clients and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Capture client data and maintain relationships through after-sales service.
• Create and foster genuine client relationships to achieve core KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
• Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, multitasking with ease while balancing daily responsibilities.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales-focused mindset.
