Responsibilities- Support forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and variance analysis processes and consolidated reporting.
- Develop and implement robust forecasting models that align with company goals and market nuances.
- Design dynamic scenario models to support strategic decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Create compelling presentations for senior executive and Board of Director meetings.
- Leverage storytelling techniques and data visualization tools for engaging presentations.
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance financial modeling and forecasting processes.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline data processes.
- Partner with finance leadership to provide financial insights for key business initiatives.
- Conduct scenario planning analysis considering global and regional factors.
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 7-10+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel.
- Expertise in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with AI tools in financial analysis is a plus.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Understanding of the luxury retail market is a plus.
