Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a safety-first culture and promote safe work practices.
- Manage a team of technicians, vendors, and suppliers to perform maintenance and repair on equipment and facilities systems.
- Build relationships with site leads, regional leadership, and business partners to ensure trust and credibility.
- Uphold contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the delivery of Facility Management services.
- Coordinate with site occupants and property management to meet company and customer needs.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond to emergency calls as necessary.
- Possess technical knowledge of HVAC, Vertical Transportation, and other building systems.
- Support leadership in achieving operational goals.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Solid knowledge of building/mechanical, electrical systems (MEP).
- Experience using CMMS systems and reporting.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and leadership.
- Experience managing remote teams and third-party services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Operational excellence methodology certifications a plus.
