Facilities Manager

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and physical integrity of stores, working within budgets and under the direction of the Regional Facilities Manager. You will lead and manage resources, resolve vendor issues, and promote sustainability in energy consumption.

• Manage external vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee areas such as fire suppression, HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and crisis cleanup.
• Evaluate, assess, prioritize, and approve repairs for assigned locations.
• Advocate for stores and expedite issue resolution while maintaining vendor rapport.
• Perform building repairs and manage work orders and reports.
• Coordinate multiple projects and forecast potential problems.
• Lead and develop the performance of the Facilities Coordinator in applicable locations.

• 5+ years of experience in building repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment.
• Flexible schedule including off-hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of building codes and repair methods.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
