Job Description

Summary

As a Facilities Program Manager - Building MEP, you will be responsible for developing and leading a sustainable reliability program across all business units, including Store, Corporate, and Supply Chain. Your role will focus on enhancing equipment safety, efficiency, and uptime, ultimately contributing to the profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance practices and processes.
  • Coordinate with Facilities Managers to drive World Class Maintenance within JWN Facilities.
  • Respond to maintenance/equipment-related inquiries and manage OEM technical updates.
  • Leverage the MC computerized maintenance management system for tracking and managing maintenance activities.
  • Analyze operational data to improve maintenance-related metrics and KPIs.
  • Deliver comprehensive maintenance and reliability training to maintenance resources.
  • Support project execution within existing structures and new buildings.
  • Develop strategic reliability programs around critical assets.
  • Analyze equipment downtime data and manage warranty processes.
  • Coordinate reliability-based activities with service providers and ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience in MEP, HVAC, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and electrical theory.
  • Knowledge of equipment, systems, and processes related to industrial facility equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with all levels of personnel.
