Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Product Manager in Store Operations at Nordstrom, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies that drive store operational excellence and omni-channel fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on feedback and business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics including OKRs and KPIs.
  • Execute tactical plans for key workstreams supporting the strategic roadmap.
  • Assess feature value and success metrics in collaboration with finance and business teams.
  • Support requirements definition including wireframes and user stories.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and post-launch validations.
  • Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
  • Drive root cause analysis on KPI performance.
  • Evaluate competitor experiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in physical store or supply chain.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
  • Technical background with understanding of software development principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
