As a Fashion Advisor at Chanel's Yorkdale Boutique, you will be the heartbeat of the brand, leveraging your warmth and authenticity to build long-lasting relationships with clients. Your mission is to exceed client expectations and foster loyalty and connection in a way that only Chanel can.

• Optimize the client experience according to Chanel's Client Service Values, fulfilling clients' needs through genuine and tailor-made service.
• Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of company, boutique, and personal sales targets, working towards all commercial objectives.
• Assist with back of house operations and review alterations and holds as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and maintain set standards.
• Ensure highest standards in sales and after-sales service, including flexibility in understanding customer needs and timely follow-up.
• Uphold the image of the Brand Ambassador through professional grooming and etiquette.

• Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
