Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides elevated client service and fashion expertise in an in-store boutique setting. This role develops new customers, builds lasting client relationships, and supports sales growth and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors by creating excitement around products and the brand.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Receive repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed client expectations and drive business results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for client service, fashion, and luxury, with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to lift 15 pounds.
