Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides a superior client experience while driving conversion, retention, revenue, and brand loyalty. The role builds client relationships and shares expertise in fashion and the House of CHANEL.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Passion for client experience, fashion, and the House of CHANEL.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
