Summary

The Sales Associate supports boutique sales goals while delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, growing a loyal clientele, and supporting High Jewelry sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through exceptional service and clienteling.
• Attend community events to generate business and invite clients and prospective clients to boutique events.
• Manage CRM initiatives, including client data, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Support daily display setup and breakdown and maintain the boutique's aesthetic.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience preferred, with a bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong in-person and written communication skills and a commitment to excellent service.
