Sales Executive

Summary

The Sales Executive represents Buccellati and delivers an exceptional luxury client experience. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and supporting daily boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional service to boutique clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships using CRM tools, accurate client records, and consistent follow-up.
• Support after-sales service, ecommerce and phone inquiries, client requests, and boutique events.
• Assist with boutique setup, operations, inventory counts, maintenance communication, and visual standards.
• Maintain knowledge of high jewelry, product stories, industry news, and competitor brands.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred, with an understanding of luxury client service.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus.
• Experience with logistics and operations, and a self-starting, team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to stand for extended periods.
