As a Fashion Advisor at CHANEL in Houston, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and fostering brand loyalty. You will work alongside a diverse sales team to drive business revenue and enhance the client experience through superior service and relationship building.

• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
• Manage repairs and maintain follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
