Fashion Advisor

Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and client retention. This in-store role partners with the boutique leadership and sales team to cultivate brand loyalty and deliver elevated client experiences through outreach and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to loyal clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow up
• Demonstrate product knowledge to inspire client desire and drive sales
• Takes in repairs and manages follow up for repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet boutique revenue goals
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion retail or client service
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Strong communication skills and a service minded approach
• Passion for fashion, luxury brand heritage, and client experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
