Fashion Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional in-person client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, client conversion, and retention for the boutique. Work collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership to create memorable client experiences and promote brand loyalty. Maintain client relationships through outreach, follow up on repairs and alterations, and represent the House with professionalism and passion.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build genuine relationships through thoughtful and consistent client outreach
• Support team sales goals by inspiring desire around product and the brand
• Take in repairs and coordinate follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Work flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Collaborate with boutique leadership and sales team to elevate service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills and service minded attitude
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of brand history and product
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Comfort working full time in-store with an in-person presence
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
