The Fashion Advisor provides a superior client experience while building relationships that encourage client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. The role partners with the sales team and boutique leadership to drive business and inspire clients through fashion expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while exceeding client expectations.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Receive repairs and follow up consistently with clients about repairs and alterations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays, and ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
