Fashion Advisor - Mall of America

As a Fashion Advisor at Mall of America, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and fostering brand loyalty for CHANEL. You will work closely with a diverse sales team to drive business revenue and enhance the client experience through personalized service and relationship building.

• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to exceed client expectations consistently.
• Manage repairs and maintain follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
