Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-person client service and fashion expertise at the Soho boutique to drive client conversion, retention, and revenue. The role focuses on building genuine client relationships, delivering a superior client experience, and supporting the boutique sales team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Take in repairs and manage follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to meet business goals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude
• Passion for fashion and the brand; foreign language skills preferred
