Summary

The Fashion Advisor delivers superior client service and fashion expertise while supporting business revenue, client retention, and brand loyalty. This role works collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting boutique traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide warm, prompt, and professional service that exceeds client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Receive repairs and alterations and follow up consistently with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills, client service orientation, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Passion for fashion and CHANEL, with curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
