Summary

Deliver exceptional client experiences in the watches and fine jewelry category within a luxury boutique, driving conversion, retention, and business growth. Act as a brand ambassador, partner with Fashion Advisors, provide category expertise, and cultivate a personal client base while supporting visual standards and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients
• Provide prompt professional warm and courteous client service
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through outreach and follow up
• Take in repairs and manage aftersales communication with clients
• Maintain visual merchandising standards with category manager and regional team
• Participate in cycle counts and support accurate inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to elevate category awareness and training
• Support sales goals and contribute to individual and boutique performance
• Work flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years related experience in a luxury retailer or client facing role
• Previous experience in watches and fine jewelry
• Proven success achieving sales goals
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for client development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
