Summary

Provide a superior level of service to clients within CHANEL's Watches & Fine Jewelry boutique, driving client conversion, retention, and revenue through in-person sales and relationship-building. The Fashion Advisor supports the end-to-end client experience, collaborating with the sales team and boutique leadership to inspire brand loyalty and elevate the product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Drive in-store sales and business results through product expertise and client engagement.
• Accept and manage repairs and alterations, ensuring consistent client communication regarding status.
• Collaborate with the boutique team and report to boutique leadership to support store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred.
• High school degree minimum.
• Excellent communication and client service skills; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
