Provide expert ready-to-wear styling and trend advice to elevate client experiences and drive RTW sales. Collaborate with store leaders and regional teams on client retention, events, product launches and training to grow high net worth clientele and reinforce brand positioning in the luxury market.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets and increase ready-to-wear penetration.
- Deliver bespoke styling to acquire and retain high value clients.
- Support store selling associates during VIP client experiences and events.
- Collaborate with Store Leaders and Regional Merchandising on client development strategies.
- Prepare styling tools and materials for collection trainings and launches.
- Provide training to elevate styling skills across the retail team.
- Perform competitor research and share best practices to inform selling strategy.
- Identify opportunities to expand the store network of RTW clients.

- Proven expertise in ready-to-wear styling within luxury fashion.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients.
