Summary

The Fitting Room Service Ambassador greets and assists customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor. The role supports sales through product recommendations and helps keep fitting rooms and nearby selling areas neat, clean, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, including responding to requests for additional merchandise.
• Clear fitting rooms promptly and return saleable, tagged merchandise to the appropriate selling-floor areas.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations and support sales.
• Maintain and recover nearby selling areas, and communicate potential loss or merchandise concerns to store leadership.
• Use point-of-sale systems and company devices to process sales.

Requirements

• No education or prior experience is required.
• Work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and build relationships across the store.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and lift or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
