Summary
The Flex Assistant Stylist supports the Salesperson Video Program by receiving, preparing and coordinating product samples for video shoots. This on-call role requires flexibility in hours, occasional travel between store locations and close collaboration with on-set crews and Project Coordinators to ensure timely readiness of samples.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect product samples from photo studios, fulfillment centers and salesfloor pulls
- Prepare samples for shoots including hanging, steaming, removing tags and security devices
- Label products accurately at receipt, during shoots and upon return
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area consistent with program and store guidelines
- Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional producer
- Procure items from the salesfloor following store guidelines for customer interaction
- Partner with store logistics teams to check out inventory during filming
- Maintain knowledge of video sample processes and associated tools
- Communicate with program teams using Teams and other internal systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated understanding of high end retail and service environment
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
