Floor Director - Beverly Hills Flagship

As a Floor Director at the Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales team and enhancing the client experience in a luxury retail environment. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure the achievement of sales goals and maintain high standards of service and merchandising.

• Lead and mentor the selling team, ensuring excellent client service and consistent floor presence.
• Manage merchandising and stock needs, communicating with management and merchant teams.
• Develop and implement strategies for sales improvement and team motivation.
• Conduct business analysis and present updates at leadership meetings.
• Coach staff for improved performance and conduct performance appraisals.
• Prepare for inventories and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
• Represent store leadership in the absence of the Managing Director.
• Manage budget responsibilities, including sales, payroll, and asset protection.

• Minimum 3 years of store management or flagship assistant store manager experience.
• Previous buying experience and management of multi-person teams.
• Strong decision-making and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 3-5 weeks annually to Paris.
• Knowledge of the French language is helpful.
