Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service to every client using the brand service ritual
• Build client loyalty through personal connection and trust
• Achieve sales targets through product sales services and data capture
• Support omni-channel client experiences between in-store and online
• Address and resolve client situations per company standards
• Participate in seasonal seminars and daily learning application use
• Understand and present upcoming events and demonstrations to clients
• Maintain a clean tidy hygienic and professionally merchandised work area
• Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly with management

Requirements

• Passion for cosmetics and fragrance with artistry skills preferred
• Direct brand or luxury retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
• Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and new direction
• Enthusiastic team player with professional confident demeanor
• Willingness to learn grow and attend training
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
