Fragrance & Beauty Advisor - Williamsburg

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store service as a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor, acting as a brand ambassador to build strong client relationships and drive sales. Deliver personalised experiences using product knowledge, artistry skills, and an omni-channel mindset. This is a full-time, front-of-house role based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior client service daily using the CHANEL service ritual and product demonstrations
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personalised connection and data capture
• Achieve sales targets through product, services, and client recruitment and retention activities
• Support store events and seasonal activations, and implement learnings from training seminars and the Inside Beauty application
• Resolve client situations per company standards and partner with teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and visually compliant work area

Requirements

• Knowledgeable and passionate about cosmetics and fragrance; artistry skills and brand experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills with a service-oriented approach
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and adapt to scheduling changes
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and stand for extended periods
