SummaryThe Fragrance Product Manager V.I.E will support the North America Senior Marketing Manager on 360° marketing strategies for Cartier Fragrance, while managing the Retail business and key high-end specialists partners. Responsibilities- Develop 360° launch plans for key novelties in partnership with Senior Marketing Manager.
- Manage and execute various fragrance activations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Set marketing vision for high-end novelties and help define accurate forecasts.
- Develop product training materials and conduct training sessions for internal and external partners.
- Define key initiatives to grow Cartier’s fragrance business in Retail.
- Set realistic sales targets per boutique and track progress.
- Conduct boutique visits to engage with teams and learn from the field.
- Prepare seasonal market meetings and marketing presentations.
- Provide high-end retailers with necessary trade marketing tools.
- Set yearly vision on POSM forecast and consumption.
- Create regular business analysis and recaps focusing on Retail performance.
Requirements- Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Similar professional experience in Product Management in the Luxury and/or Fashion Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills; French is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and a high sense of curiosity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy workspace.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools is a plus.
- Highly collaborative and enjoys working in an international environment.
