Senior Manager Global Merchandising Procurement

As a Senior Manager in Global Merchandising Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in Ralph Lauren's transformative initiative, contributing to the implementation of the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP+) platform. This position offers the opportunity to work with international teams and make a significant impact on the company's procurement strategies.

• Collaborate to prepare workshop content related to process design and change impacts.
• Co-facilitate process workshops and validate solution designs with stakeholders.
• Engage with Regional Process SMAs to gather input and socialize design.
• Provide inputs for configuration design and collaborate on report design and validation.
• Manage changes in legacy applications and execute functional acceptance testing.
• Lead data conversion validation and support change management efforts.
• Review and approve training materials and coordinate User Acceptance testing.
• Define and implement business cutover procedures for SAP Go Live.

• 5+ years of experience in Sourcing and Production within the Fashion/Retail industry.
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence change.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Expert process knowledge and openness to adopting best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
