Responsibilities- Support Production Team with sourcing allocations, TNAs, and OTBs in GFE/PLM.
- Drive OTB plans with sourcing office and analyze information to ensure timing aligns with fabric, production, and logistics.
- Lead seasonal production plans with CFT partners to optimize post-market commitments.
- Secure on-time delivery methodologies by aligning lead times for added buy flexibility and product planning.
- Build and manage TNA with sourcing offices and CFT, assess risks, and find solutions.
- Execute raw material positioning strategies and capacity planning for top investment core programs.
- Ensure cost sheets are submitted in PLM and meet milestone calendars.
- Analyze and negotiate product components and key cost drivers.
- Manage showroom sample process and ensure accurate sample quantities.
- Communicate PO updates and spearhead weekly cross-functional team meetings.
- Share and review calendar deadlines with sourcing offices and adhere to key milestones.
- Partner with overseas offices to track and implement pre-production calendar milestones.
Requirements- Proven experience in production management.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and washing.
- Excellence in project management and team coordination.
- Proficiency in GFE, o9, SAP, and Airtable systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
