As a Fragrance and Beauty Advisor at CHANEL in Bellevue, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will ensure each guest feels welcome and confident, while contributing to the growth of the Fragrance and Beauty community.

• Provide superior service to clients daily through the CHANEL service ritual.
• Build and deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust.
• Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, services, and data capture.
• Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance skills.
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset for seamless client experiences.
• Resolve client situations according to company standards and philosophy.
• Stay informed about upcoming events and engage clients through demonstrations.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with the team and manager, demonstrating ethics and integrity.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history, and product offerings.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
