Freelance Makeup Artist

Summary

Temporary freelance makeup artist providing client facing services and event and sales support at retail locations. Deliver personalized makeovers using brand rituals while promoting products and achieving sales targets. Travel within the city region and potentially nationally to support events and retailer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeover services and beauty consultations using company techniques.
• Support sales and events at key retail locations and pop ups.
• Promote cross selling and work to achieve sales targets and client retention goals.
• Engage and educate clients on brand DNA and product benefits.
• Deliver consistent high quality client experience across retail locations.
• Recruit and grow client return rates through relationship building.
• Assist with special events and company activations as needed.

Requirements

• Retail makeup artistry experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in Canada and mobile within the city region.
• Ability to travel nationally is preferred.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 15lbs.
• Registered company with GST HST number preferred.
• Strong client servicing skills and ability to work toward sales targets.
• Available for contract January 2026 to June 2026.
