Summary

Experienced Makeup Artist responsible for delivering luxury Chanel makeup and skincare services at the CHANEL counter within Holt Renfrew Bloor. Role includes providing one-to-one client experiences, leading events and master classes, and supporting the development and training of Beauty Advisors and Freelance Artists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized makeup application and skincare diagnosis at point of sale
• Lead events, master classes and in-store activations to showcase artistry
• Provide ongoing brand training to Beauty Advisors and Freelance Artists
• Support development of artistry and service standards across the counter team
• Educate staff on product knowledge, selling skills and advanced artistry techniques
• Develop relationships with retail partners and counter staff to drive engagement
• Act as a learning coach and mentor to elevate team performance

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in makeup artistry and skincare diagnosis
• In-depth knowledge of fragrance and beauty products
• Experience in delivering client education and product demonstrations
• Ability to lead events and inspire retail teams
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand
