Summary
Freelance role supporting production, execution, and global rollout of CVM assets for windows, vitrines, and in-store campaigns. Responsible for ensuring high quality production, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with vendors and cross functional teams, and improving production processes for global implementations.
Responsibilities
- Manage production and execution of creative assets for global windows and in-store campaigns.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with global vendors and artisans for sourcing and production.
- Approve technical drawings and oversee freelancers responsible for drafting and prototyping.
- Oversee order forms, purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, installations and quality checks.
- Serve as primary contact for global rollout budgets and provide tracking and status updates.
- Coordinate with Design, Graphics, Finance, Strategic Store Planning, Procurement, Visual Merchandising, Customs Compliance and Logistics.
- Manage stage digital windows and prototype external windows with management validation.
- Develop bid strategies with Procurement and identify alternative materials and shipping solutions.
- Ensure smooth transitions between campaign phases and regional rollouts.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in merchandising, visual display, styling or related areas.
- Luxury retail experience.
- Ability to lead and develop a team and oversee global production budgets.
- Proficiency in Rhinoceros, Autocad, Adobe Suite and Microsoft applications.
- Experience sourcing and traveling to domestic and overseas vendor factories.
- Educational background in Design or Luxury Management.
- Strong organizational, communication and cross functional teaming skills.
- Knowledge of vendor sources, craftspeople, materials, techniques and fulfillment.
- Proactive, flexible and strong interpersonal skills.
