Summary

The Front Desk Associate is the welcoming first point of contact for customers at the store. This role handles incoming customer inquiries, greets guests, and supports day-to-day front-of-store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. The associate works closely with sales staff and management to direct customers and facilitate appointments or services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store and provide initial assistance.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and manage appointment scheduling.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries, direct them to appropriate sales associates, and coordinate in-store services.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk area, including handling lost and found items.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service.
