Front of House Senior - Café Bistro

The Front of House Senior at Café Bistro in Irvine Spectrum Center is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a variety of front of house tasks to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products.
• Support front of house areas through tasks such as seating customers, answering telephones, cashiering, and rolling silverware.
• Brew coffee and tea, and support processing to-go and 3rd party delivery food orders.
• Assist with food expediting, soup service, and maintaining retail displays, food cases, and stations.
• Assist with bussing and ongoing table maintenance and restaurant cleaning.

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to working a flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card required where applicable by local or state regulations.
