Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Loro Piana in Costa Mesa, you will play a crucial role in managing all operational aspects of the store. You will ensure that shipment processing, allocations, and distribution are aligned with company standards, partnering with the store team and key retail leaders to meet inventory needs and replenishments.

• Manage a team of back-of-house staff involved in operational duties and merchandise logistics.
• Support professional development of staff through coaching and feedback.
• Partner with team members and leaders to align inventory needs with sales potential.
• Optimize inventory management and streamline operational processes.
• Oversee accurate processing of shipments and transfers.
• Conduct cycle counts and perform regular audits to verify product conditions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in back-of-house functions.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to facilitate performance management.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized stock rooms.
• Manage reservations and consignments according to company guidelines.

• 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
