Responsibilities- Facilitate onboarding and hands-on exercises at High Point Direct and NC66 warehouse facilities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, system developers, staffing agency, and warehouse operations team to meet business needs through training solutions.
- Design and develop effective standard operating procedures for operational processes.
- Create scripts, videos, and edit training video tutorials.
- Develop and maintain training materials including PowerPoint presentations, standard operating procedures, infographics, job aids, and training exercises.
- Perform training administrative functions such as maintaining class schedules and training plans, setting up training rooms, and providing training reports.
- Provide on-the-job training support to Operations, including additional training and resources like job aids and checklists.
Requirements- 2-3 years of technical writing, instructional design, or training experience.
- Strong writing skills for creating training materials.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and translate technical information for a general audience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a Fulfillment Center or Distribution Center is preferred.
- Familiarity with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and learning management systems is preferred.
- Ability to travel between local facilities in High Point and Kernersville.
