Summary

The Fulfillment Support Supervisor oversees daily fulfillment operations at the Orlando location, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, and timely shipments. This role leads a team, coordinates workflow across departments, and supports process improvements to meet service and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach fulfillment team members to meet performance standards
• Oversee order processing, packing, and shipping activities
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in fulfillment or operations
