Stock Supervisor - Orlando Vineland

Summary

Lead back-of-house operations for the store including receiving deliveries, organizing stock, executing cycle counts, and supporting store operational efficiency while reporting to the Store Manager. Maintain stockroom and sales floor standards and assist the store team to meet client expectations. Ensure accurate inventory through timely processing of transfers and communication of shipment discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company visual and cleanliness standards
• Receive ship product deliveries and handle shipping and receiving tasks
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies corrections and adjustments
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• 4+ years retail experience with focus on operational responsibilities
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow-up and time management skills
• Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds
• Willingness to bend stoop kneel climb ladders and stand for duration of shift
