Job Description

Summary

As a Fulfillment Support Supervisor at Valley Fair, you will oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fulfillment team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department as needed.
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail or fulfillment environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
