Job Description

Summary

As a Gallery Facilities Leader at RH in Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our facilities, ensuring world-class service to our guests. You will lead the facility maintenance and housekeeping department, overseeing all aspects of building and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
  • Lead, plan, and coordinate the activities of the facility maintenance and housekeeping department to ensure optimum service level maintenance.
  • Oversee building and grounds maintenance, including landscaping, lawn maintenance, parking lot maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing, and fire protection systems.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT requirements.
  • Play an active role in interviewing, hiring, and training highly-skilled and general maintenance associates.
  • Assist the Leadership team in forecasting capital expenditures and negotiating contracts.
  • Monitor budgeting to ensure maximum value is obtained when purchasing supplies and repair parts.
  • Arrange for contractor services when needed for specialized repairs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership in an environment with high standards of operational excellence.
  • Hands-on experience with repair of material handling equipment.
  • Ability to build teams, gain commitment from others, and effectively manage the decision-making process.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on process improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with RF systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
