Summary
Lead, train and supervise daily operations of the General Office, Jewelry Department and Returns Desk, ensuring financial reporting accuracy and operational compliance. Support store leadership with escalation resolution, inventory control, and implementation of policies and best practices. Drive team performance to achieve KPIs and maintain audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate store opening tasks including safe, controller and register processes
- Supervise SOA team duties such as cash entry, bank deposits and chargeback reconciliation
- Oversee jewelry operations including receiving, booking, re tickets transfers and fulfillment
- Manage case counts, audit discrepancies and maintain repair and consignment logs
- Resolve customer issues at the Returns Desk and ensure high transfer compliance
- Support AGMO and corporate partners with cross functional training and process implementation
- Monitor internal audit readiness and maintain vault and safe contents
- Assist with scheduling, hiring recommendations and floor support as needed
- Follow up on reporting, invoices and escalated operational issues
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive profitability through execution of SOA KPIs
- Comfortable with real time coaching and working with associates and store leadership
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced team environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability and strong dependability
- Effective verbal and written communication and confidentiality handling
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders and handle merchandise carts
- Strong computer skills including Google and MS Office
- Attention to detail and organized personal workspace
- Ability to influence team to follow store policies and procedures
