Gallery Housekeeping Support Associate

Summary

Provide world-class service and maintain the Greenwich Gallery by performing cleaning and upkeep of gallery spaces, equipment, and grounds. Support the Gallery team through routine and deep-cleaning tasks including vacuuming, polishing, and restroom refreshing. The role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning: vacuuming floors, tidying rooms, removing trash, and restocking pantries.
• Polish furniture and deep-clean rugs, floors, windows, and walls.
• Conduct deep restroom cleaning and refresh facilities.
• Perform light exterior maintenance and landscaping as needed.
• Assist with moving, organizing gallery items, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships within the Gallery team.
• Mental flexibility, strong organizational and time-management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and delivering first-class service.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing as required.
