Requirements- 10+ years of leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail, or similar field.
- Interior design experience preferred.
- Proven experience fostering a positive work environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Adept at gaining insights from mistakes and seeking feedback to improve results.
