Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Sales in the Shoes department, you will lead a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. Your leadership will be key in driving the success of the department and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Manage inventory and ensure product availability.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
