• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail, or similar field.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Proven experience fostering a positive work environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High energy and results-driven.
• Adept at gaining insights from mistakes and seeking feedback to improve results.
• Smart, creative, and has a point of view.
