Gallery Leader

Summary

Lead and develop associates across all gallery functions to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences, drive sales, control expenses and represent the brand with refined taste. Provide strategic direction, remove obstacles for teams and ensure execution of initiatives while promoting a positive culture focused on results and design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop gallery teams to drive sales and manage expenses
• Attract and retain talent at all levels aligned with brand standards
• Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
• Learn and communicate design ethos and product assortment to teams and clients
• Address HR concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and People Team
• Monitor and analyze business performance to determine strategies for results
• Support loss prevention, inventory management and internal audits
• Implement and provide follow-up for initiatives and rollouts

Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Interior design experience preferred
• Proven ability to foster a positive and empowering work environment
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High energy and results-driven mindset
• Adept at learning from mistakes and seeking constructive feedback
• Strong creativity and a clear point of view on design
